Today at MWC 2025 in Barcelona, Intel announced the expansion of its Intel Core Ultra processor lineup. The company previously introduced the Intel Core Ultra 200V (Lunar Lake), but now it has launched the 200U, 200H, 200HX, and 200S processors under the Arrow Lake series. All these processors are designed for different types of computers.
- For Thin and Light Laptops 200V and 200U
- For Performance Notebooks 200H and 200HX
- For Desktops and Workstations 200S
Intel said that this new lineup offers businesses a complete solution that includes features like improved performance, power efficiency, connectivity, security, and management.
2025: A crucial year for PC upgrades
David Feng, vice president and general manager of Client Segments, at Intel’s Client Computing Group, said,

Intel Core Ultra 200U vs. Previous Generation
Intel compared the new Intel Core Ultra 7 265U processor to the older Intel Core Ultra 7 165U, in which the following improvements were seen –
- Cinebench 2024 Single Core: Up to 1.08x faster
- Cinebench 2024 Multi-core: Up to 1.08x faster
- Procyon Office Productivity: Up to 1.10x better
- Geekbench 6.3 Single Core: Up to 1.06x faster
- Geekbench 6.3 Multi-core: Up to 1.13x better
Procyon Video Editing: Up to 1.30x faster
Similarly, the 200H series saw even more improvements compared to the Intel Core Ultra 7 265H and 165H where Procyon Video Editing performance increased by up to 1.60x.
