Microsoft is celebrating its 50th anniversary, and on this occasion, the company has announced some new and powerful features. The most important of these is the Microsoft Copilot Memory Feature, which is now capable of remembering information from your conversations.
Microsoft says, “As you interact with Copilot, it notes your likes and dislikes, allowing it to provide more personalized suggestions, solutions and reminders.”
Keeping in mind the recent criticism of the Recall feature, Microsoft has also clarified that your privacy and security have been given priority in the Memory feature. Users will have full control – they can decide from the dashboard what information Copilot remembers or even turn off the feature completely.
In addition to the Microsoft Copilot Memory Feature, a feature called Vision has also been launched on Windows and mobile platforms. Previously it was only available for the web on the Microsoft Edge browser. The Vision feature can “see” what is on the screen and respond accordingly.
Along with this, a Deep Research Tool has also been added to Copilot, which will help users find information in depth.
